Found a photoshop picture in pmplab.org from freeware if i remembers well that proposed guidelines for the next launcher


i found it so much better than the round system that i built my own:

Modified most icons to include 0xff0fff color for transparent corners and included it with the release

Have moved the icons to /user/_icons, introduced a "_default.bmp" when no icon are present for .run file, have used transparency for the active icon, and am about to really build the categories on the left (no functionnal at the time)

touchscreen functions are unwritten at the moment, as well as the category code, but you can have a feel at how the interface will behave

Redone engine completely as peoples complained about a black screen
Added a functionnal tab management, and the icons redone nearly all with the transparency, is i missed some (purple in the corner, please tell me which)

To add a tab, add "[tab_name] " to the beginning of the run file. a default icon is used when no is put into /user /icons

PS: bug was "*x++" instead of "(*x)++" or "*x+=1" :p for info
[Edit] -> Arg!!!! run from the first tab only, forgot to update one variable of the code, will update this evening, but interface works at least

Fonctionalities
. background picture /user/launcher.bmp
. Icones centralised in /user/_icons (including a default one "_default.bmp")
. sort done by prefixing the run file with the category name and a dot, ex: "set.run" become "Games.set.run" or fall under "misc" if not renammed
. other launcher "/user/launcher2" if first buton presses in category selection
